“RUBIX” is the debut full-length album by Aurora Dream, released in 2023. The album marks a pivotal chapter in my artistic journey, created during a period of personal challenges in which music became both an outlet and a refuge. RUBIX emerged through a deeply collaborative process, bringing together some of the most influential musicians in the modern guitar scene.
The album features contributions from artists such as Tim Henson (Polyphia), Nick Johnston, Javier Reyes (Animals as Leaders), Sithu Aye, Angel Vivaldi, Ichika Nito, Mark Holcomb (Periphery), Felix Martin, and Josh Martin (Little Tybee). Drawing from a diverse range of influences—including prog rock and metal, midwest emo, math rock, pop, electronic, and experimental music—RUBIX goes beyond a traditional album format. It unfolds as an emotional journey through moments of intensity, vulnerability, and growth, reflecting the healing power of music and the strength of creative collaboration. The project stands as a testament to personal evolution and the artistic vision that continues to propel Aurora Dream forward.
